Wat Luke Wen Write 18:1-43
18 Den Jesus wen tell dem one story fo teach dem dat dey always gotta pray an no give up.
2 He tell: “In one of da towns had one judge dat no respeck* God an no kea about nobody.
3 Had one widow in dat same town dat wen keep goin to him an saying, “I stay goin court wit somebody, help me fo get justice.”
4 Fo long time he neva like help her, but layta he tell himself, “Even tho I no respeck God or kea about anybody,
5 cuz dis widow keep bugging me, I goin help her get justice. Den she goin stop boddaring me an making me tired.””
6 Den Jesus sed: “You guys had catch wat da judge sed even tho he no good?
7 Wat about God den? Garanz God goin help his peopo dat cry out to him day an night, an he goin show he patient wit dem.
8 Fo shua God goin help dem an he goin do um fas. But wen da Son of man* come, you tink goin have guys on da earth wit dis real kine faith?”*
9 An den he tell anodda story to some guys dat tink dey righteous an dat look at oddas like dey notting.
10 He say: “Two guys wen go up into da tempo fo pray, one Pharisee* an one tax collecta.
11 Da Pharisee stop an he start fo pray in his heart, “God, tank you so much dat I not like all dese odda guys. Da bad guys, da guys dat rip peopo off, da guys dat fool aroun on dea odda half,* or even like dis tax collecta.
12 I fast two times a week an I give ten percent of evryting I get.”
13 But da tax collecta wen stan far away. He neva even like look up to heaven an he keep pounding his ches, saying: “God, please show me pity cuz I one sinna.”
14 I tell you, dis guy went home an wen turn out fo be moa righteous den da Pharisee. Cuz whoeva make like he moa importan goin come shame, but whoeva stay humbo goin come importan.”
15 Den peopo start fo bring Jesus dea bebes fo him bless dem. Wen his guys see dis, dey start fo scold da parents.
16 But Jesus ask fo dem bring da bebes to him. He tell: “Leave da kids alone an let um come by me. No stop dem, cuz God’s Govament goin be fo guys dass like dese kids.
17 I tell you fo shua dat whoeva no accept God’s Govament jus like one litto kid, no way he goin be part of um.”
18 Den one of da rulas ask him: “Good Teacha, wat kine stuff I gotta do fo live foeva?”
19 Jesus sed to him: “How come you say I good? Nobody iz good, ony God.
20 You know da rules: “No fool aroun on yoa odda half, no murda, no steal, no lie about oddas, respeck yoa maddah an faddah.””
21 Den he sed: “I stay doin all dis since small kid time.”
22 Afta Jesus hea dat, he tell um: “Still get one ting you gotta do: Sell evryting you get an give da money to da pooa, an den you goin have tresha in da heavens dass moa betta. An afta you do dat, come be my followa.”
23 Wen da guy hea dis, he come all bum out cuz he wuz supa rich.
24 Jesus look at him an tell: “Goin be real hahd fo guys wit plenny money fo get into God’s Govament!
25 You know wat, goin be moa easy fo one camel go thru da eye of one sewing needle den fo one rich guy get into God’s Govament.”
26 Da guys dat hea dis sed: “How anybody can get saved den?”
27 He sed: “Da tings peopo no can do, God can do um cuz he can do anyting.”
28 But Peter sed: “We wen leave evryting we had fo follow you.”
29 He tell dem: “I tell you fo shua, evrybody dat wen leave dea home, wife, braddahs, parents, or kids cuz of God’s Govament
30 goin get way moa now, an in da future* dey goin get fo live foeva.”
31 Den he take his 12 guys on da side an sed to dem: “Try look! We goin up Jerusalem an evryting da prophets wen write about da Son of man goin happen.
32 Like how he goin get turn ova to da peopo dass not Jews an dey goin make fun of him, no treat um wit respeck, an spit on him.
33 An afta beating um up, dey goin kill um, an three days layta God goin raise um up.”
34 But dey neva undastan wat any of dat mean. Wuz like one secret dat no wuz clear to dem.
35 Wen Jesus wuz nea Jerʹi·cho, one blind guy wuz sitting on da side of da road begging.
36 Cuz he wen hea plenny peopo goin by, he start fo ask wass goin on.
37 Dey tell um: “Jesus da Naz·a·reneʹ stay hea!”
38 Wen he hea dat he yell: “Jesus, da One from David’s line, help me!”
39 An da guys in front da crowd start fo scold um an tell um fo be quiet. But he yell even moa loud: “Da One from David’s line, help me!”
40 Den Jesus wen stop an tell da peopo fo bring da guy to him. Wen he come, Jesus ask:
41 “Wat you like me do fo you?” Da blind guy sed to him: “Lord, I like see again.”
42 So Jesus tell um: “See den. Yoa faith wen heal you.”
43 An right den an dea he could see again an he start fo follow Jesus an praise God. An wen evrybody see all dis, dey start fo praise God too.
