Wat John Wen Write 8:12-59
8 12 Den Jesus talk to dem again an tell: “I da light fo da world. If you follow me you not goin walk in da dark, but you goin get da light dat give life.”
13 So da Pharisees* tell him: “We no can believe wat you say, cuz you da ony one talking about yoaself.”
14 So Jesus sed to dem: “Even if I stay talking about myself, wat I telling iz tru, cuz I know wea I come from an wea I goin. But you donno wea I come from an wea I goin.
15 You judge wit human tinking,* but I no judge anybody.
16 An even if I judge somebody, wat I judge iz right, cuz I no do um by myself. But me an da Faddah who wen sen me, do da judging.
17 On top of dat, yoa own Law say: “Fo someting be tru, gotta have two witnesses.”
18 I tell about myself, an da secon witness iz da Faddah, da one who wen sen me.”
19 Den dey tell Jesus: “Wea yoa Faddah?” Jesus ansa: “You donno me or my Faddah. If you wen know me, you would know my Faddah too.”
20 He sed dis in da treasury* wen he wuz teaching in da tempo. But nobody wen try grab him fo arrest um, cuz no wuz time yet fo dat happen.
21 Again he tell dem: “I goin away an you goin look fo me, but you goin die still bein one sinna. Wea I goin, you no can come.”
22 Da Jews start fo say: “He goin kill himself o wat? Cuz he tell, “Wea I goin, you no can come.””
23 Den Jesus tell dem: “You from down hea, but I from up dea. You from dis world, but I not from dis world.
24 Dass why I tell you: You goin die one sinna. Cuz if you no believe dat I dat guy, den you goin die one sinna.”
25 So dey start fo say: “Who you?” Jesus tell dem: “Wase time talking to you guys.
26 Get plenny tings I gotta tell dat has to do wit you an plenny stuff I gotta judge. But you know wat, da One who wen sen me tell wass tru. An wat I heard from him iz wat I stay telling in da world.”
27 Dey neva undastan dat he wuz talking to dem about da Faddah.
28 Den Jesus sed: “Afta you lif up da Son of man* on da pos,* dass wen you goin know dat I dat guy an I no do notting on my own. But jus like da Faddah wen teach me, dass wat I tell.
29 An da One who wen sen me, stay wit me. He neva dig out an leave me by myself, cuz I always do da tings dat make him happy.”
30 Wen he wuz saying all dis, plenny guys start fo put faith in him.
31 Den Jesus tell da Jews dat wen believe him: “If you keep lissening to wat I teach, den you really one of my guys,
32 an you goin know da trut, an da trut goin make you free.”
33 Dey tell Jesus: “We come from Abraham an we no wuz slaves to nobody eva. So how come you tell us, “You goin be free”?”
34 Jesus ansa dem: “Fo shua, evrybody dat sin iz one slave to sin.
35 On top of dat, one slave no stay in his masta’s house foeva, but ony da son stay dea foeva.
36 So if da Son make you free, den fo real you goin be free.
37 I know you guys come from Abraham. But wat I teach go in one ear an out da odda, dass why you guys like kill me.
38 I talk about da tings I seen wen I wuz wit my Faddah, but you do da tings you wen learn from yoa faddah.”
39 But dey tell Jesus: “Oua faddah iz Abraham.” Jesus sed to dem: “If you wuz Abraham’s kids, you would be acking like Abraham.
40 But now you like kill me, one guy dat ony tell you da trut dat I hea from God. Abraham would neva do dis.
41 You stay acking like yoa faddah.” Dey sed to him: “We no moa one faddah odda den God.* We his kids.”
42 Jesus sed to dem: “If God wuz yoa Faddah, den you would love me cuz I wen come from him an dass why I hea. I neva sen myself, but he wen sen me.
43 You know why you no undastan wat I saying? Cuz you no like lissen wat I tell.
44 You from yoa faddah da Devil, an you like do wat he like. Dat buggah wuz one murderer from da start,* He neva stick to da trut, cuz he no like da trut. He lie cuz dass how he iz. He one liar an da faddah of da lie.
45 On da odda hand, cuz I telling you da trut, you no believe me.
46 Which one of you guys can prove I guilty of sin? If I tell da trut, why you no believe me?
47 If yoa Faddah iz God, you goin lissen to him. But you no like lissen, cuz dass not yoa Faddah.”
48 Den da Jews sed to him: “Wat we tell iz tru, dat you one Sa·marʹi·tan an get one demon.”*
49 Jesus ansa: “I no moa one demon. I respeck my Faddah, but you guys disrespeck me.
50 I not looking fo peopo praise me. But God like me get da praise, an he da judge.
51 I tell you fo shua, whoeva lissen wat I tell, dey neva goin die.”
52 Da Jews sed to him: “Now we know fo shua you get one demon. Abraham wen mahke, even da prophets, but you say, “Whoeva lissen wat I tell, dey neva goin die.”
53 You not moa importan den oua faddah Abraham who wen mahke right? Even da prophets wen mahke too. So who you tink you?”
54 Jesus ansa dem: “If I praise myself, den no would mean notting. My Faddah da one dat praise me, da one you say iz yoa God.
55 But you neva know him, I know him. An if I sed I neva know him, I would be jus like you, one liar. But I do know him an I stay doin wat he tell.
56 Yoa faddah Abraham wen look forward to da day wen I would come. He could picha* dat day an wuz supa happy.”
57 Den da Jews sed to him: “You not even 50 years old an still yet you tell you seen Abraham?”
58 Jesus sed to dem: “I telling you fo shua, I wuz alive way befoa Abraham wuz born.”
59 So dey pick up rocks fo throw at him, but Jesus wen hide an dig outa da tempo.
