4  Wen Jesus* find out dat da Pharisees* heard he wuz baptizing an making moa followas den John, 2  (even tho Jesus no wuz baptizing anybody, ony his guys wuz) 3  he leave Ju·deʹa fo go Galʹi·lee again. 4  But he had fo go thru Sa·marʹi·a. 5  So he come to one city in Sa·marʹi·a called Syʹchar, by da field Jacob had give his boy Joseph. 6  An you know wat, Jacob’s well wuz ova dea. Jesus wuz sitting by da well* cuz he wuz tired from da trip. Wuz about 12 o’clock.* 7  One lady from Sa·marʹi·a wen come fo get watta. Jesus tell her: “Try give me one drink.” 8  (Cuz his guys wen go inside da town fo buy food.) 9  So da Sa·marʹi·tan lady tell him: “How come you asking me fo one drink, even tho I one Sa·marʹi·tan girl an you one Jew?” (Cuz Jews no moa notting fo do wit Sa·marʹi·tans.) 10  Den Jesus tell her: “If you wen know wat da free gif from God iz an who da one telling you, “Try give me one drink,” den you would ask him fo watta an he would give you watta dat give life.” 11  She sed to him: “Mista, you no even get one bucket fo bring up da watta, an da well stay deep. So den, wea you get dis watta from dat give life? 12  You not betta den oua ancesta Jacob ah? Da one dat wen give us dis well an had drink from um wit his boys an his animals?” 13  Jesus tell her: “Evrybody dat drink dis watta goin get thirsty again. 14  Whoeva drink da watta I give neva goin get thirsty anymoa. But da watta I give goin come like one well inside him, full of watta dat give life dat las foeva.” 15  Da wahine tell him: “Mista, give me dis watta, so I no get thirsty anymoa or gotta keep coming ova hea fo get watta.” 16  He tell her: “Go call yoa husban an bring um ova hea.” 17  Da wahine tell: “I no moa one husban.” Jesus sed to her: “Dass tru wat you sed, you no moa one husban. 18  You had five husbans, an da guy you stay wit now, az not yoa husban. You telling da trut.” 19  Da wahine sed to him: “Mista, you mus be one prophet. 20  Oua ancestas wen worship on dis mountain,* but you guys tell dat evrybody gotta worship in Jerusalem.” 21  Jesus tell her: “Trus me, da time stay coming wen you not goin worship da Faddah on dis mountain or in Jerusalem. 22  You worship wat you donno. We worship wat we know, cuz da Jews wuz da firs ones God wen show how fo get save. 23  Cuz da time stay coming, an az now, wen da tru worshipas goin worship da Faddah wit trut* an wit da help of God’s powa, cuz da Faddah looking fo dat kine guys fo worship him. 24  God iz one Spirit,* an da guys dat worship him gotta worship him wit trut an wit da help of His powa.” 25  Da wahine tell him: “I know da Mes·siʹah stay coming, da one dass called Christ. Weneva he come, he goin explain evryting to us.” 26  Jesus sed to her: “Dass me, da one talking to you.” 27  Den his guys show up. Dey wuz shock cuz he wuz talking to one wahine. But nobody sed: “Wat you like from her?” or “How come you talking to her fo?” 28  So da wahine leave her watta jar an go in da town an tell da peopo: 29  “You guys gotta come check out dis guy, he wen tell me evryting I did. I wonda if he da Christ?” 30  Dey leave da town an go to him. 31  Dat time, his guys keep telling him: “Rabbi, go eat.” 32  But he tell dem: “I get food awready dat you donno about.” 33  So dey tell each odda: “Who wen bring him food?” 34  Jesus sed to dem: “My food iz fo do wat God like, da one dat wen sen me, an fo pau da work he give me fo do. 35  You guys say dat get four months still yet befoa da harves. But try look! I telling you: Check out da fields, stay ready* fo harves. 36  Da worka in da field getting paid awready an stay gadda da harves. Wat he gadda iz da ones who goin get fo live foeva. Dis make da guy dat plant an da guy dat work da field come supa happy togedda. 37  Get one saying dass tru about dis: One iz da guy dat plant an da odda iz da guy dat work da field. 38  I wen sen you fo harves wat you neva work on. Oddas wen work, an you stay enjoying wat dey wen work hahd on.” 39  Plenny of da Sa·marʹi·tans from dat town put faith in Jesus cuz of wat da wahine told dem wen she sed: “He wen tell me evryting I did.” 40  So wen da Sa·marʹi·tans come by him, dey ask him fo stay wit dem. An Jesus stay dea two days. 41  Wen Jesus talk to da peopo, plenny moa guys wen come believas. 42  An dey tell da wahine: “We no ony believe jus cuz wat you sed. But we wen hea wit oua own ears, an now we know dat dis guy really iz da one dat goin save evrybody.” 43  Afta da two days, he leave dea fo go Galʹi·lee. 44  Jesus sed um himself dat one prophet not goin get respeck in his hometown. 45  But wen he get to Galʹi·lee, da Gal·i·leʹans welcome him cuz dey seen all da miracles he did at da festival in Jerusalem, cuz dey wuz dea too. 46  Den he go to Caʹna in Galʹi·lee again, dass wea he had turn da watta into wine. Had one guy in Ca·perʹna·um dat work fo da king, an his boy wuz sick. 47  Wen dis guy hea dat Jesus had come to Galʹi·lee from Ju·deʹa, he go an ask him fo come down an heal his boy, cuz he wuz goin mahke pretty soon. 48  But Jesus sed to him: “You peopo neva goin believe unless you see signs an miracles.” 49  Da guy dat work fo da king tell um: “Lord, try come quick befoa my boy* mahke.” 50  Jesus tell um: “Go back home, yoa boy wen come good.” Da guy believe wat Jesus sed an wen leave. 51  But wen he wuz goin back home, his workas come tell him dat his boy wen get betta. 52  So he ask dem wat time wuz wen he got betta. Dey sed: “Yestaday da fever wen go away at 1 o’clock in da aftanoon.”* 53  Den da faddah had know dass da same time Jesus sed to him: “Yoa boy wen come good.” So him an evrybody in his house wen come believas. 54  Dis wuz da secon miracle Jesus did wen he go from Ju·deʹa to Galʹi·lee.
