Wat John Wen Write 7:1-52
7 Afta dis Jesus stayed in Galʹi·lee. He neva like go Ju·deʹa cuz da Jews wuz trying fo kill um.
2 But da Jewish Festival Of Booths* wuz coming up.
3 So his braddahs sed to him: “Leave hea an go Ju·deʹa, so dat yoa followas can see da tings you do.
4 One guy not goin hide da tings he do if he like evrybody know about him. If you doin dese tings, do um in front evrybody.”*
5 Cuz you know, his braddahs neva believe God wen sen him.
6 So Jesus tell dem: “Az not my time yet, but you can go weneva you like.
7 Peopo* no moa reason fo hate you, but dey hate me, cuz I show dat wat dey do stay bad.
8 You guys go up to da festival. I not goin go, cuz az not my time yet.”
9 Afta he tell dem dis, he wen stay in Galʹi·lee.
10 But wen his braddahs go up to da festival, he wen go too, but unda da radar.
11 So da Jews start fo look fo him at da festival an tell: “Wea dat guy stay?”
12 An plenny peopo wuz talking about him hush hush kine. Some tell: “He one good guy.” Oddas tell: “Nah he not. He make peopo go da wrong way.”
13 But nobody dare talk about him in front oddas cuz dey wuz sked of da Jews.*
14 Wen da festival wuz halfway pau, Jesus go up in da tempo an start fo teach.
15 An da Jews wuz suprised an sed: “How dis guy know so much about da Scripchas* wen he neva study at da religious skools?”*
16 Jesus tell dem: “Da stuff I teach no come from me, but come from da one dat wen sen me.
17 If anybody like do wat God like, he goin know if da stuff I teach iz from God or from me.
18 Whoeva teach his own ideas ony like peopo praise him. But whoeva like bring praise to da one dat wen sen him, dis guy tell da trut an evryting he do iz right.
19 Moses wen give you da Law ah? But none of you guys follow da Law. So den why you like kill me?”
20 All da peopo tell: “You mus get one demon, cuz who you tink trying fo kill you?”
21 Jesus sed to dem: “I ony did one miracle on da Sabbath,* an you guys wuz all shock.
22 But try tink about dis, Moses wen give you da law about circumcision,* neva come from Moses but wen come from da ancestas, an you guys circumcise on da Sabbath.
23 If you guys circumcise even on da Sabbath so dat you no break da Law from Moses, den how come you getting all nutz an wild wit me fo making one guy all good on da Sabbath?
24 No judge peopo ony from wat you see, but be fair wen you judge.”
25 Den some of da peopo dat live in Jerusalem start fo say: “Eh dis da guy dey like kill.
26 But try check um! He talking out in da open, an dey no say notting to him. You tink da leadas know fo shua he da Christ o wat?
27 Wen da Christ come, nobody suppose to know wea he from. But we know wea dis guy come from.”
28 Den wen Jesus wuz teaching in da tempo, he tell real loud: “Yeah, you know me an you know wea I from. But you know I neva come hea on my own right? Da One dat wen sen me stay real, an you donno him.
29 I know him, cuz he wen sen me fo rep him.”
30 So dey start fo look fo one chance fo arrest him, but nobody wuz able fo get um, cuz no wuz da right time yet.
31 Still yet, plenny peopo had put faith in him, an dey wuz saying: “Da Christ goin do plenny miracles wen he come. Dass exackly wat dis guy doin!”
32 Da Pharisees* hea all da peopo whispa dese tings about Jesus, so dem an da main pries guys sen officers fo arrest him.
33 Den Jesus sed: “I goin be wit you guys ony fo litto while moa befoa I go to da One dat wen sen me.
34 You goin look fo me, but you not goin find me. An wea I goin, you no can come.”
35 So da Jews wen tell each odda: “Dis guy sed we not goin find him. Wea he tink he goin? Wat, he goin go to da Jews dat live wea da Greeks stay an teach da Greeks too?
36 Wat he mean wen he say, “You goin look fo me, but you not goin find me. An wea I goin, you no can come”?”
37 On da las day, da mos importan day of da festival, Jesus wen stan up an yell: “If anybody stay thirsty, come by me, I give you watta fo drink.
38 Whoeva put faith in me goin be jus like da scripcha sed: “From deep inside him, watta dat give life goin pour out.””
39 Jesus wuz talking about God’s powa, dat guys putting faith in him wuz about fo get. But dey neva get dat powa cuz Jesus neva go heaven yet.
40 Some of da peopo dat hea him start fo tell: “Fo shua dis da Prophet.”
41 Oddas wuz saying: “Dis da Christ.” But odda guys wuz saying: “You really tink da Christ goin come outa Galʹi·lee?
42 Da scripcha say dat da Christ stay coming from David’s line an wuz goin be born from Bethʹle·hem, wea David wuz from.”
43 So all da peopo no could agree about him.
44 Some of dem wanted fo arrest him, but nobody wuz able fo do um.
45 Wen da officers go back, da Pharisees an da main pries guys ask dem: “How come you neva bring him in?”
46 Da officers tell: “Nobody wen eva talk lidat befoa.”
47 So da Pharisees sed: “Jesus neva throw you guys off too ah?
48 Da leadas an da Pharisees no believe him.
49 Ony dese guys dat donno da Law believe, an God goin rejeck dem.”
50 Nic·o·deʹmus, who wuz one Pharisee an wen go to Jesus befoa, sed to dem:
51 “Oua Law no judge one guy witout lissening to him firs fo find out wat he doin, right?”
52 Dey ansa him: “Wat, you from Galʹi·lee too? Go check da Scripchas an you goin see dat no prophet goin come from Galʹi·lee.”*
