12 Had one time on da Sabbath,* Jesus wen walk thru da wheat fields. His followas wuz hungry, so dey start fo pick da grain an eat um.
2 Wen da Pharisees* had see dis, dey tell Jesus: “Eh try look yoa guys! Dey doin stuff dey not suppose to do on da Sabbath.”
3 He tell dem: “You neva read wat David an his guys had do wen dey wuz hungry?
4 How dey wen go inside God’s house an eat da spesho bread fo God? Dey no wuz suppose to do dat, ony da pries guys.
5 Or you neva read in da Law dat da pries guys at da tempo work on da Sabbaths an dey no stay guilty of breaking da Law?
6 But I telling you, someting moa importan den da tempo stay hea.
7 But if you wen really know wat dis mean, “I like you show pity to oddas radda den make one sacrifice to me,” den you no would judge da guys dat no stay guilty.
8 I telling you dis cuz me, da Son of man,* stay in charge of da Sabbath.”
9 Afta he leave ova dea, he wen go inside da synagog.*
10 Had one guy dea wit one hand dat no work. Some guys wanted fo find someting fo use agains Jesus, so dey ask him: “Az ok fo heal on da Sabbath o wat?”
11 He say to dem: “You telling me dat if you ony get one sheep an he fall in one hole on da Sabbath, none of you guys goin grab um an pull um out?
12 One guy iz worth way moa den one sheep! So you not breaking da Law if you do one good ting on da Sabbath.”
13 Den he tell da guy: “Stick out yoa hand.” An da guy stick um out, an it wen come good jus like da odda hand.
14 But da Pharisees wen go outside an make one plan fo kill him.
15 Cuz Jesus had find out wat dey plan fo do, he bag from dea. Plenny go follow him, an he wen heal all da sick guys.
16 But he tell dem strait fo no tell nobody who him,
17 so dat wat da prophet Isaiah tell come tru:
18 “Try look! My worka dat I wen choose, da one I love an stay real happy wit! I goin give him my powa, an he goin help all kine peopo evrywea undastan how fo do wat I tell iz right.
19 He not goin argue or yell real loud. Nobody goin hea his voice on da main roads.
20 He not goin smash da tall grass dass awready bent ova. An he neva goin put out da small fiyah on one lamp dass almos ready fo burn out, til he fix all da tings dass wrong.
21 Fo shua, peopo all ova da world get hope cuz of him.”*
22 Den dey bring him one guy dat one demon take ova. He wuz blind an no could talk. Jesus wen kick out da demon an heal da guy so dat he could see an talk.
23 All da peopo had drop dea jaw an tell: “Eh, dis da one from David’s line o wat?”
24 Wen da Pharisees hea dis, dey tell: “Dis guy kick out demons cuz Be·elʹze·bub,* da rula of da demons, give um da powa fo do dat.”
25 Jesus know wat dey tinking, so he tell dem: “Evry country dat stay split up an go agains each odda goin come wipe out, an evry town or family dat stay split up an go agains each odda goin fall apart.
26 So same ting, if Satan kick out Satan, dat mean he stay beefing himself, an he not goin be able fo rule anymoa.
27 An if Be·elʹze·bub give me da powa fo kick out da demons, who give yoa followas da powa fo do dat too? Yoa own followas goin show how wrong you.
28 But if I kick out da demons cuz God give me da powa, dat mean God’s Govament stay hea an you no even know.
29 Nobody can break in one strong guy’s house an take all his stuff if dey no tie him up firs. Ony afta you tie um up you can take all his stuff.
30 Whoeva not wit me iz agains me, an whoeva no help peopo come by me, stay chase peopo away from me.
31 “Dass why I tell you, God can fogive peopo fo anykine sin an bad stuff dey say. But wen peopo talk stink an go agains God’s powa, He not goin fogive dem.
32 Like whoeva talk stink about me, da Son of man, God can fogive dem. But whoeva talk stink an go agains God’s powa, He not goin fogive dem, not now* or eva.
33 “If you one good tree, den yoa fruits goin be good. If you one rotten tree, den yoa fruits goin be rotten. Yoa fruits goin show wat kine tree you.
34 You sons of snakes! You tink you can say good tings wen inside you stay bad? Cuz wat stay inside yoa heart goin come outa yoa mout.
35 One good guy goin give good tings cuz of da good stuff inside him. An one bad guy goin give bad tings cuz of da bad stuff inside him.
36 I telling you right now, goin get one day wen God goin judge* peopo fo talking anykine. Dey goin have to ansa fo wat dey say.
37 Cuz of da tings you say, God goin tell dat you eidda one good person or you guilty.”
38 Den some Pharisees an scribes* tell him: “Teacha, we like you show us one sign fo prove God wen sen you.”
39 So he tell um: “You peopo dass bad an no stick wit God, you keep looking fo one sign, but da ony sign you goin see iz wat wen happen to da prophet Joʹnah.
40 Jus like how Joʹnah wuz inside da opu of one big fish fo three days an three nights, me, da Son of man, goin be inside da grave fo three days an three nights.
41 On da day wen God goin judge peopo, da Ninʹe·veh guys goin come back to life wit da peopo from dis time. An cuz da Ninʹe·veh guys wen turn aroun afta wat Joʹnah had tell dem, dey goin show how wrong dese peopo wuz. But somebody moa importan den Joʹnah stay hea.
42 On da day God goin judge peopo, da queen of da south goin come back to life wit da peopo from dis time. She goin show how wrong dese peopo wuz, cuz she wen come from far away fo lissen to all da smarts from Solʹo·mon. But somebody moa importan den Solʹo·mon stay hea.
43 “Wen one demon* come outa one guy, it go thru da desert trying fo find one place fo res but no can find one.
44 So it tell: “I goin go back my house wea I wen move from.” Wen it get dea, da house stay empty an look nice an clean.
45 Den it go get seven odda demons dass moa worse. Afta goin inside da guy, dey make house. Now da guy in moa worse shape den he wuz befoa. Dass how goin be fo da bad peopo from dis time.”
46 Wen Jesus wuz still talking to all da peopo, his maddah an braddahs wuz outside cuz dey wanted fo talk to him.
47 So one guy tell him: “Hui, yoa maddah an braddahs stay hea, an dey like talk to you.”
48 Den he tell da guy: “Who my maddah, an who my braddahs?”
49 So he point to his followas an sed: “Dese guys my maddah an braddahs!
50 Cuz whoeva do wat my Faddah in heaven like, dey my braddah an sistah an maddah.”
