“There is no partiality with God.”—Rom. 2:11.

After Jehovah free his people from being slave in Egypt, He appoint priests to serve in the tabernacle. He assign the Levites to do other work in the tabernacle. You think Jehovah was taking good care of the people who were serving in the tabernacle or those who were living close to it, more than the people who were living far from it? No! Jehovah can’t pick and choose. Each Israelite was having equal opportunity to enjoy close friendship with Jehovah. For example, Jehovah made sure that the whole nation was able to see the pillar of cloud and the pillar of fire that was over the tabernacle. (Ex. 40:38) When the cloud start moving in new direction, even the people who were far from the tabernacle were able to see it, then they will start packing their things, take their tents down, and start walking with the other people. (Num. 9:15-23) That the same way today, no matter where we living, we can benefit from Jehovah love, care and protection. w24.06 4 ¶10-12

“Get up, and let us run away, for none of us will escape from Absalom!”—2 Sam. 15:14.

David life was in danger. His son Absalom was trying hard to kill him and be king. (2 Sam. 15:12, 13) David needed to run away from Jerusalem right away! When his servant them were leaving, David decided that somebody must stay behind to know what Absalom was planning, and tell him about it. So he sent Zadok and the other priest them back in the city to spy on Absalom. (2 Sam. 15:27-29) But they suppose to be very careful. David make one plan. Then he ask Zadok and Hushai his loyal friends, to help him make his plan work. (2 Sam. 15:32-37) Hushai follow the plan and pretend like he was supporting Absalom, and gave him advice about how to attack David. And that one gave David more time to prepare for the attack. After that, Hushai tell Zadok and Abiathar about the plan. (2 Sam. 17:8-16) Then this two men them sent message to David about what Absalom plan to do, and it play important part in protecting David life.—2 Sam. 17:21, 22. w24.07 4-5 ¶9-10

“Come, now, and let us set matters straight between us,” says Jehovah.—Isa. 1:18.

Some of Jehovah servant them can still be feeling bad because of the mistakes they made before or even after they get baptize. But we must remember that Jehovah gave the ransom to forgive our sins because he really love us. So, we can be sure that Jehovah want us to accept his gift. Jehovah promise us that when we “set matters straight” with him, he can forgive us altogether. We grateful that our loving Father, Jehovah can’t remember our sins! At the same time, he will never forget the good-good thing them we na do. (Ps. 103:9, 12; Heb. 6:10) Wetin you must do if you feeling bad about the mistakes you made before? Try your best to focus on what you able to do now-now and what you will do in the future. You not able to change the mistake you made before. But you can praise Jehovah and make him happy now-now. And you can think about the good-good things that he promise to do for you in the future. w24.10 8 ¶8-9

“Clothe yourselves with the new personality.”—Col. 3:10.

When you read the Bible and look for ways to do what it say, sometime you can feel that it too much for you. For example: Imagine that the first day you doing your Bible reading and you learn that it not good to pick and choose. (Jas. 2:1-8) You notice that you need to improve on how you treat other people, so you decide to make some changes. Then the second day you read another part of the Bible that show that it important to be careful about what you say. (Jas. 3:1-12) Then you find out that you can say some thing them that can’t be encouraging sometime. So, you decide that you will encourage people more when you talking with them. Then the third day while doing your Bible reading you learn that we must not be friendly with the world. (Jas. 4:4-12) You notice that you need to be more careful about what you read, watch and listen to. Maybe on the fourth day, you will feel that it too hard for you to make all this changes. Don’t be discourage. Remember that putting on “the new personality”, that not one day thing. w24.09 5-6 ¶11-12

“Sanctify the Christ as Lord in your hearts, always ready to make a defense before everyone who demands of you a reason for the hope you have, but doing so with a mild temper and deep respect.”—1 Pet. 3:15.

Jesus knew that the more important thing that the way Jehovah look at things. He wor sure that Jehovah will solve all injustice the right time. We can follow Jesus example by controlling what we say when people not treat us fair. Some thing dem people can do to us can’t really be big, so we can decide to just forget about it. Or maybe we can decide not to talk so we can’t say something that will make the matter worse. (Eccl. 3:7; Jas. 1:19, 20) But sometime we need to talk so we can defend the truth or when we see that they not treating someone fair. (Acts 6:1, 2) If we decide to talk, we must try our best to be calm and show respect. We can also follow Jesus example by putting our trust in the One who can judge the right way.”—1 Pet. 2:23. w24.11 5-6 ¶10-12

The angel dem in heaven can be happy, when one sinner repent.”—Luke 15:10.

All of us can be happy when one sinner repent! (Luke 15:7) But that who the praise must go to? You think that to the elder dem? See wetin the apostle Paul say about the people who sin: “Perhaps God may give them repentance.” (2 Tim. 2:25) The study note on that verse say: “When they change their thinking and attitude, the praise will not go to any human being, but to Jehovah, who help the person to make this important change. Paul also talk about the benefit that can come when the person repent. It can help the person to understand the truth good-good. It can also help him to come to his self, and escape from Satan trap.—2Ti 2:26.” When the person repent, the elder dem will continue visiting the person to encourage him so he can be able to do the right thing and not fall in Satan trap.—Heb. 12:12, 13. w24.08 23 ¶14-15

“Yor not looking for me because of the miracle I perform, but yor looking for me because yor eat the bread and yor wor satisfy.”—John 6:26.

The people that Jesus feed wor only behind him for food business. Why we say so? The next day, they notice that Jesus and his apostle dem finish going. So they get in the other boat dem that came from Tiberias to go to Capernaum to find Jesus. (John 6:22-24) You think they go there mainly to hear Jesus preaching about God Kingdom? No. They wor mainly thinking about food business. How we know? Just see what happen when the people catch up with Jesus near Capernaum. Jesus tell them that the main reason they wor behind him, that for food business. He agree that the food they eat and wor satisfy that food that can’t make them to live forever. So, he encourage them to work for food that will give them everlasting life. (John 6:26, 27) Jesus say that his Father wor coming provide that kindna food. w24.12 5 ¶8-9

“The heart of the wise one gives his mouth insight and adds persuasiveness to his speech.”—Prov. 16:23.

To be good teacher, brothers, you must always base your teaching and counsel on the Bible. To do it, you must study the Bible and our publication dem good-good. (Prov. 15:28) When you studying, try to see how you can apply the Scriptures the right way. And when you teaching, try hard to touch the heart of people who listening to you. You can improve to be good teacher if you ask for suggestions from experience elders and apply it. (1 Tim. 5:17) Elders need to be able to encourage their brother and sister dem. But sometime, elders need to counsel or even correct them. They must always be kind when they doing it. If you kind and loving and base your teaching on God Word, you will be good teacher because you will be following the example of the Great Teacher, Jesus.—Matt. 11:28-30; 2 Tim. 2:24. w24.11 24 ¶16

“Declare his glory among the nations.”—Ps. 96:3.

We can give Jehovah honor by what we say about him. This Bible verse dem tell Jehovah people to “sing to Jehovah,” to “praise his name,” to “proclaim the good news of his salvation,” and to “declare his honor among the nations.” (Ps. 96:1-3) That different-different way here we can give honor to our Father in heaven by what we say. (Acts 4:29) We can also use our material things to give Jehovah honor. Jehovah people always been using their material things to honor him. (Prov. 3:9) For example, the Israelite dem made contribution to build and take care of the temple. (2 Ki. 12:4, 5; 1 Chron. 29:3-9) Some of Jesus disciples use their material things to help Jesus and his apostle dem. (Luke 8:1-3) The Christian dem way back also made contribution to help their brother and sister dem. (Acts 11:27-29) Today, we our self too can give Jehovah honor by making contribution. w25.01 4 ¶8; 5 ¶11

“Yor think anybody can stop this people dem from getting baptize?—Acts 10:47.

Wetin help Cornelius to get baptize? The Bible say he “feared God together with all his household.” And Cornelius always use to pray to God. (Acts 10:2) When Peter preach the good news to Cornelius, he and his family put faith in Jesus Christ and get baptize right away. (Acts 10:47, 48) Cornelius wor willing to make any change that he suppose to make so he and family can worship Jehovah together. (Josh. 24:15; Acts 10:24, 33) It wor possible for Cornelius to allow his position to stop him from getting baptize. But he not let that one to happen. You think you need to make some big changes in your life so you can get baptize? If that what you need to do, you can be sure that Jehovah will help you. He will bless you if you try your best to serve him in line with what the Bible say. w25.03 5 ¶12-13

“Reject irreverent false stories.—1 Tim. 4:7.

If you hear any false stories about the organization or the brothers taking the lead, remember how God enemies treated Jesus and the first-century Christians. That the same way today people can persecute Jehovah people and talk all kind na lie-lie things about them just how the Bible say it will happen. (Matt. 5:11, 12) We can reject false stories because we know where they coming from. What we must do if we hear false stories? Reject false stories. The apostle Paul gave clear direction on what we must do if we hear false stories. He told Timothy to “command certain ones to not . . . pay attention to false stories” and to “reject irreverent false stories.” (1 Tim.1:3, 4) We can reject false stories because we know where the information coming from. So it good to listen to the “wholesome words” of truth.—2 Tim. 1:13. w24.04 11 ¶16; 13 ¶17

“By smooth talk and flattering speech they seduce the hearts of unsuspecting ones.”—Rom. 16:18.

Continue to be united with those who loyal to Jehovah. God want us to be united in our worship. We will continue to be united so long we stick to the truth. Anybody who spread information that not agree with the truth can divide the congregation. So God say we must “avoid them.” Or else, we our self will start believing the thing them they say and even leave the truth. (Rom. 16:17) When we know the truth and stick to it, we will remain close to Jehovah and our faith will be more strong. (Eph. 4:15, 16) We will not let Satan false teachings and lie-lie information to fool us. And during the great tribulation, Jehovah will take care of us and save us. Continue to stick to the truth “and the God of peace will be with you.”—Phil. 4:8, 9w24.07 13 ¶16-17

“This man offered one sacrifice for sins for all time.”—Heb. 10:12.

Jesus mainly focus on people who wor feeling bad because they wor sinners and he invite them to be his followers. He knew that the main reason why people can suffer, that because of sin. So he use to help men and women who people look at to be sinners. Jesus use one example and say: “Healthy people do not need a physician, but those who are ill do.” He also say: “I came to call, not righteous people, but sinners.” (Matt. 9:12, 13) And that what Jesus do. When one woman wash his feet with her tears, he take his own time to talk with her and he forgave her sins. (Luke 7:37-50) He teach the Samaritan woman important truths about God, even though he knew she wor living with man who not her husband. (John 4:7, 17-19, 25, 26) God even gave Jesus the power to end sin and death. How? By giving Jesus the power to bring men, women and children back to life.—Matt. 11:5. w24.08 4 ¶9-10

“He will judge the inhabited earth with righteousness and the peoples with his faithfulness.”—Ps. 96:13.

How Jehovah will glorify his name in the future? He will do it by the way he will judge. He will soon destroy Babylon the Great for spoiling his name. (Rev. 17:5, 16; 19:1, 2) Maybe some people who will see the way Babylon the Great will be destroy will join us to worship Jehovah. Then Jehovah will destroy Satan whole system, and all the people who spoiling his name, during Armageddon. But he will save all those who love him, obey him and happy to give him honor. (Mark 8:38; 2 Thess. 1:6-10) After the final test that will come after Jesus One Thousand Year Rule, Jehovah will already na prove that everybody suppose to worship him. (Rev. 20:7-10) During that time, “the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the honor of Jehovah as the waters cover the sea.” (Hab. 2:14) It will really be wonderful to see everybody giving Jehovah the honor that he suppose to get! w25.01 7 ¶15-16

“You need to endure as part of your discipline.”—Heb. 12:7.

Wetin was coming help the Hebrew Christians to bear the problem they were coming face? The apostle Paul wanted to help them see the benefit that can come when they endure. He explain that when Christian go through trials, God can use it to train them. This kind na training can help them to get some good-good Christian qualities. Focusing on the benefit that can come when they endure, was coming make it more easy for the Hebrew Christians to bear their problems. (Heb. 12:11) Paul encourage the Hebrew Christians to be strong and not give up when they going through problem. He was the right person to write to them about this. Why? Because he use to persecute Christians and he know what it mean when somebody treat you bad. He also learn how to bear persecution. After he became Christian he went through different-different problems.—2 Cor. 11:23-25. w24.09 12-13 ¶16-17

“Keep on the watch.”—Matt. 25:13.

Every day that pass, our preaching work getting more and more important. Why? Because the end very close. Think about the prophecy Jesus gave about the preaching work in the last days that in Mark 13:10. Also, in the book of Matthew Jesus say that the good news will be preach all over the earth before “the end” come. (Matt. 24:14) This one mean, the time Satan wicked world will be destroy for good. Jehovah na set the “day and hour” for the thing them that will soon happen. (Matt. 24:36; Acts 1:7) Every day we getting closer to that time. (Rom. 13:11) For now, we must continue preaching until the end come. When we thinking about our ministry, let one important question here that all of us must think about: Why we can preach the good news? The answer simple, that love can move us to preach. When we preach, we show our love for the good news, our love for people, and most important, our love for Jehovah and his name. w24.05 14-15 ¶2-3

“God saw everything he had made, and look! it was very good.”—Gen. 1:31.

Parents, yor encourage your children to think about the thing dem Jehovah made. When yor walking in some area in the interior or other places that get fine-fine flowers and other thing dem, show your children how God made this thing dem. Why? It will show that the person who made them get plenty idea. For example, plenty things that God made, like the group of stars, some sea shells, leaves on the plant and certain flowers, get the same design. One big book man they call Nicola Fameli say that when you look at the number of time they wrap around, you can see that all of them get certain number in common. That this number dem they can call Fibonacci sequence. w24.12 16 ¶7

“He is your life.”—Deut. 30:20.

The way Moses, David, and John live, it different from the way we living today. But we and them get plenty things in common. They serve the true God the same way we serving him too. Like them, we can pray to Jehovah and depend on him for help and advice. And like them, we convince that when we remain faithful to Jehovah he will bless us. So, let all of us continue to follow the advice this faithful men dem gave by obeying Jehovah commandments. Then we will really be successful in everything we do. We will get life and live forever! And we will be happy because we know that we making our heavenly Father happy. Then he will bless us more than anything we can even think about.—Eph. 3:20. w24.11 13 ¶20-21

God has assigned the respective ones in the congregation.—1 Cor. 12:28.

During the apostle them time, they appoint some brothers as ministerial servants. (1 Tim. 3:8) Maybe that they the one was doing some good-good work them that the apostle Paul talk about. It look like the ministerial servant them use to do plenty important work, so the elders can be able to focus on teaching and shepherding the congregation. For example, maybe that the ministerial servants use to copy the Scriptures or buy the materials they use to copy the Scriptures on. Let see some of the good-good work them that ministerial servants can do in your congregation. (1 Pet. 4:10) Sometime, they can assign some of them to take care of congregation accounts or territories, to order literature for the congregation, to operate the sound system, to be attendants, or to help take care of the Kingdom Hall. All this one them can really help the congregation.—1 Cor. 14:40. w24.10 19 ¶4-5

“For all things I have the strength through the one who gives me power.”—Phil. 4:13.

We will be able to bear any problem, whether big or small, if we remember that Jehovah that the living God and that he able to always help us. He the Almighty, and he can give us the strength to bear any problem we going through. So, this one give us good reason to not be scary when we facing problems. And when we see how Jehovah help us when we face small problem, it can convince us that he will also help us when we face big problem. Let look at two things that happen to King David that help him to get more trust in Jehovah. When David was young taking care of his pa sheep, one bear carry one of the sheep. And another time, one lion carry one of the sheep. The two time it happen, David was brave to run behind the animals and save the sheep. But he was not thinking that he do it on his own. He knew that Jehovah gave him the power to do it. (1 Sam. 17:34-37) Thinking about this thing them that happen, help David to get more trust that the living God will give him strength in the future. w24.06 21 ¶5-6

“When anyone replies to a matter before he hears the facts, it is foolish and humiliating.”—Prov. 18:13.

Suppose somebody invite you to one get-together, you think you must go? If you not know who plan the get-together or how they plan it, you not think it will be good to ask the person this question dem: “Where this get-together will be and what time it will start? Plenty people will be there? Who will be over it? Who all will be there? What some thing dem they will be doing there? They will be having liquor there?” The answers to this question dem will help you to make good decision. After you get all the information, think good-good about the whole situation. For example, suppose you know that people who not get respect for Bible advice will be to the get-together? Or you know that liquor will be there and nobody will control it? You think this get-together will turn to wild party or go out of hand? (1 Pet. 4:3) When you get all the information about the situation, it will help you to make good decision. w25.01 15 ¶4-5

Though your sins are like scarlet, they will be made as white as snow.—Isa. 1:18.

Jehovah use some examples to help us understand how he can use the ransom to forgive the people who repent. It can really be hard to move red mark from on clothes. But Jehovah use this example to convince us that he can wash our sin clean so that he can’t see it again. Sins can also be compare to debts (Matt. 6:12, footnote; Luke 11:4) So any time we sin against Jehovah, it just like we adding our debt up. That mean we owing him plenty! But when Jehovah forgive us, it just like he cancel all our debts that we owe him. When he forgive us, he can’t make us to pay for our sins again. That good example here to show how we can be happy when Jehovah forgive us! w25.02 9-10 ¶9-10

“Children are not expected to save up for their parents, but the parents for their children.”—2 Cor. 12:14.

When parents get old, they will need their children to help them with money and other thing dem. (1 Tim. 5:4) But Christian parents know that the main thing that can make them happy, that to help their children to serve Jehovah, and not with the idea that their children will provide for them in the future. (3 John 4) By your example, help your children to trust in Jehovah when you teaching them how to provide for theirself in the future. From the time they small, teach them that it good to work hard. (Prov. 29:21; Eph. 4:28) When they getting big, help them to do their best in school. Christian parents must do research and apply Bible advice to help their children to know how to use their education the right way. This one will help their children to be able to provide for theirself, and also get time to do more for Jehovah. w25.03 30-31 ¶15-16

“Put on the new personality.”—Eph. 4:24.

You can find what Jehovah say in Isaiah chapter 65 about how life will be looking for the people who in the spiritual paradise. This prophecy was first fulfill way back in 537 B.C.E. That time, the Jews repent from their sin, so Jehovah free them and allow them to go back to their home. Jehovah bless his people and help them to go back and build Jerusalem again. He also help them to build the temple, the main place for true worship in Israel. (Isa. 51:11; Zech. 8:3) The second fulfillment of Isaiah prophecy started in 1919 C.E. when Jehovah free his people from Babylon the Great. After that, the spiritual paradise started spreading all over the earth small-small. The brothers and sisters were having zeal for the field service and they show Christian qualities. So they were able to form plenty congregations. For example, men and women who use to be violent and immoral started “putting on the new personality that was created according to God’s will.” w24.04 20-21 ¶3-4

“Each one will carry his own load.”—Gal. 6:5

In some countries, sometime people can expect the parents or other older people to choose marriage mate for their single relatives. In other countries, that the family or friends can find the marriage mate and arrange for the two people to meet, and see whether they want start dating. If they ask you to arrange dating or marriage for somebody, think about what the man and the woman like and need. If you find someone that you think will be good for your friend or relative, try to know the person good-good. Try to know the quality them the person get, and most important, whether they get close friendship with Jehovah. Close friendship with Jehovah more important than money, education, position, or family background. Remember, that the single brother and the single sister must make the final decision about whether they will get marry. w24.05 23 ¶11

“A true friend shows love at all times.”—Prov. 17:17.

We can support those who dating by knowing what we must say or what we must not say. And sometime, we need to control ourselves not to say anything. (Prov. 12:18) For example, when two people start dating, we can really want share the news with other people. But maybe the people who dating will want share the news their self. We must not gossip about people who dating or talk bad about them when it come to their personal matters. (Prov. 20:19; Rom. 14:10; 1 Thess. 4:11) Also, we must not say things or ask questions that will make the people who dating to feel pressure to get marry. Suppose the two people decide to end their dating? We must avoid asking personal questions to know what happen or start blaming one person for ending the relationship. (1 Pet. 4:15) If two people decide to stop dating, we must not think that they make bad decision. Most of the time, it just mean that the dating help them to reach their goal and make good decision. But, that decision can still make them to feel bad. So we can look for ways to support them. w24.05 31 ¶15-16

“If you become discouraged in the day of distress, your strength will be meager.”—Prov. 24:10

One thing that can really make us to feel discourage, that when our family member or close friend leave Jehovah. (Ps. 78:40) The more you close to the person, that the time it can really be hard for you to bear the situation. If you na go through this painful situation before, remember that Zadok example can help you because he too stick to Jehovah. He continue to stick to Jehovah even when his close friend Abiathar decide to leave Jehovah. This one happen when David was about to die. His son Adonijah try to make himself king even though Jehovah wanted Solomon to be king. (1 Chron. 22:9, 10) Abiathar decide to support Adonijah. (1 Ki. 1:5-8) The thing Abiathar do make him to not stick to David, Zadok and Jehovah! Zadok and Abiathar work close together as priests for plenty years.—2 Sam. 8:17; 15:29; 19:11-14. w24.07 6 ¶14-15

“Happy is the man who is always on guard.”—Prov. 28:14.

We can be sure that when we protect our self when we face temptation, we will always benefit. No matter what “temporary enjoyment” we get from sin, when we live the way Jehovah want us to live, we will be more happy. (Heb. 11:25; Ps. 19:8) And this one can happen because God made us to obey him. (Gen. 1:27) So when we obey God, we will get clean conscience and one fine day we will live forever. (1 Tim. 6:12; 2 Tim. 1:3; Jude 20, 21) That true, “the flesh is weak.” (Matt. 26:41) But this one not mean we not able to do anything about our weakness. Jehovah always ready to give us the strength we need. (2 Cor. 4:7) But remember, God can only give us power that more than our normal strength. So that our responsibility to use our normal strength. That mean we must work hard every day to fight against temptation. Jehovah will answer our prayers to give us more strength when we need it. (1 Cor. 10:13) Yes, with Jehovah help, we able to fight against temptation. w24.07 19 ¶19-21

Reprove before all onlookers those who practice sin.—1 Tim. 5:20.

The apostle Paul tell another elder name Timothy what the theme scripture for today daily text say, about how to handle the person who sin. What he mean? He not mean that the whole congregation wor the “onlookers.” But he wor talking about the few people who already know what happen. Some of them see the thing that happen or the person self tell them about it. That only this people dem the elders will tell that they na handle the case. In some cases, maybe the thing the person do, plenty people already know about it or plenty people will know about it. If that one happen, then the “onlookers” will be the whole congregation. So, one elder will announce to the congregation that they na reprove the person. Why? Paul say: “As a warning to the rest” so that other people will not commit serious sin. w24.08 23-24 ¶16-17

“These are the true sayings of God.”—Rev. 19:9.

We must continue to be busy in Jehovah service until the end. Anointed Christians must continue to keep on the watch so they can be “taken along” by Jesus to heaven. (Matt. 24:40) Anointed Christians really waiting for the time that they will “be together” with Jesus in heaven. After Armageddon, they will be Jesus bride during the wedding of the Lamb. (2 Thess. 2:1) Even though the time for judgment will soon be here, we must not be scary. If we remain faithful, our loving Father in heaven will give us “the power beyond what is normal” so that we “may succeed . . . in standing before the Son of man.” (2 Cor. 4:7; Luke 21:36) So whether our hope that to go to heaven or to live on earth, our Father will be happy if we listen to the warnings in Jesus parables. And because Jehovah kind, he will write our names in the “book” of life.—Dan. 12:1; Rev. 3:5. w24.09 24-25 ¶19-20

Drawing near to God is good for me.—Ps. 73:28.

The Bible can help you to get peace of mind. How? By thinking about the blessings you enjoying now-now—and what you will get in the future. Then compare it to what will happen to those who only focusing on what they can get from this world. Most of them only depending on what they can get from this world now-now because, they not get any hope for the future. But the blessings Jehovah promise to give you, it more than anything you can think about. (Ps. 145:16) Also, think about this one: We really know how our life was going to be if we were coming make different decisions? We sure about this one: When we make decisions because we love God and our neighbor, we will always get the things that we need. w24.10 27 ¶12-13
