Alemeth

(Alʹe·meth).

1. Listed as the last of nine sons of Becher born in Egypt some time after 1728 B.C.E.​—1Ch 7:8; Ge 46:21, 26.

2. A son of Jehoaddah (or Jarah) and a direct descendant of King Saul. His two brothers were Azmaveth and Zimri.​—1Ch 8:36; 9:42.
