  • samay paise ki tarah hota hai. agar aap ise barbad kar dein, to baad mein jab aapko samay ki zaroorat hogi, tab aapko samay nahin milega. lekin agar aap yah tay kareinge ki aap kis kaam mein kitna samay lagayenge, to aapke paas manoranjan karne ke liye bhi samay bachega.

    pavitra shastra ka siddhaant: “aalsi ke paas kuch nahin hota, woh sirf laalsa karta hai, lekin mehantee poori tarah tript hota hai.”neetivachan 13:4.

    sau baaton ki ek baat: yah soch galat hai ki har baat ke liye samay ka dhyan rakhne se aap bandha hua mehsoos kareinge. sach to yah hai ki aap khulkar ji sakeinge.

  • agar aap abhi se samay ka sahi istemal karna seekheinge, to bade hone par yah aapke kaam aayega. naukri ki jagah agar aap vakt ke paaband honge, to aapki naukri chhootne ka khatra nahin rahega. aap hi sochiye, agar aapne kisi ko kaam par rakha hai aur woh har din der se aata hai, to kya aap use rehne deinge?

samay ka sahi istemal karna aasan nahin hota. ismein kuch rukavatein aati hain. aisi kuch rukavaton par dhyan deejiye.

rukavat #1: dost

“jab bhi mere dost mujhe kahin aane ke liye kehte hain, main unke saath chali jaati hoon, fir chahe mere paas vakt na ho. main sochti hoon, ‘mujhe jo bhi kaam karne hain, woh ghar jaakar main fatafat kar loongi.’ lekin kai baar mere kaam adhoore reh jaate hain aur bahot gadbad ho jaata hai.”—cynthia.

rukavat #2: samay barbad karnevali cheezen

rukavat #3: taalmatol karne ki aadat

“chahe school ka homework karna ho ya koi aur kaam, main hamesha taalti rehti hoon. main bekar ke kaamon mein samay barbad karti hoon aur tabhi homework karti hoon jab koi chaara nahin bachta. main samay ka bilkul sahi istemal nahin karti.”—beth.

samay ka sahi istemal karne se aap bandha hua mehsoos nahin kareinge, balki aap khulkar ji sakeinge.

 aap kya kar sakte hain?

  1. zaroori kaamon ki soochi banaiye. jaise ghar ke kaam-kaaj aur homework vagairah. ek hafte mein jo kaam karne hote hain, unmein se har kaam ke liye kitna vakt lagta hai, yah likh leejiye.

  2. ek aur soochi banaiye ki aap fursat ke samay kya-kya kareinge. jaise internet ka istemal karna, tv dekhna vagairah. inmein se har cheez ke liye ek hafte mein aap kitna vakt dete hain, yah bhi likh leejiye.

  3. yojna banaiye. aapne jo do soochiyaan banayi hain, un par dobara gaur keejiye. kya aapne pehli soochi mein zaroori kaamon ke liye kaafi vakt diya hai? agar aapne kaafi vakt nahin diya hai, to aapko doosri soochi se samay ghatana hoga taaki zaroori kaamon ke liye kaafi samay rahe.

    ise aazmaiye: har din aapko jo kaam karne hain, unki soochi banaiye. jab ek-ek kaam ho jaata hai, to uske aage sahi ka nishan lagate jaaiye.

  4. soochi ke hisab se kaam keejiye. jab dost aapko maze karne ke liye bulate hain, to kabhi-kabhi aapko inkar karna pad sakta hai taaki aap zaroori kaam nipta sakein. agar aap soochi ke hisab se kaam kareinge, to aapke paas kaafi samay rahega aur aap fursat ke samay manchahe kaam kar sakeinge.

  5. khushi manaiye, magar itni jaldi bhi nahin. tera naam ki ek ladki kehti hai, “kabhi-kabhi jab main apni soochi mein se do kaam kar leti hoon, to sochti hoon ab main 15 minat ke liye tv dekhoongi, fir dobara kaam pe lag jaaungi. lekin tv dekhne mein aise hi aadha ghanta nikal jaata hai, fir ek ghanta aur fir dekhte-dekhte do ghante barbad ho jaate hain aur mujhe pata hi nahin chalta.”

    aapse aisi galti na ho, iske liye aap kya kar sakte hain? aapko soochi ke hisab se jitne bhi kaam karne hain, woh sab karne ke baad manoranjan keejiye, na ki ek-do kaam karne ke baad.
