I go chop them finish for there like lion;Wicked bush animal go tear them to pieces.
9 E go destroy you, O Israel,Because you turn against me, against person wey de help you.
10 Then, where your king dey, so that e go save you for all your cities,And where your rulers dey wey you talk about say,‘Give me king and leaders’?*

12 Them don wrap the mistake of Eʹphra·im keep;*Them don keep im sin.
13 E go feel pain wey woman wey de born pikin de feel.
But na pikin wey no get sense e be;E no gree come out when e don reach time to born-am.
14 I go buy them back from the power of Grave;* I go collect them back from death.

Pity no go dey my eyes at all.
15 Even if e de do well among the reed plants,One east wind go come, the wind of Jehovah,E go come from desert, to dry im well and dry im place wey water de come from.
That one go pack all im better-better things from where e de keep them.
16 Sa·marʹi·a go answer for wetin e do, because e don dey against im God.
Na sword go kill them,Them go scatter their children to pieces,And them go tear the belle of their women wey get belle.”
