Amos 2:1-16

4 This na wetin Jehovah talk,‘Because of three bad things wey Judah do, yes, because of four, I no go change-am,Because them reject the law* of Jehovah,And because say them no gree follow im directions;Instead, the same lie-lie things wey their papa-papa them follow don make them miss road.
5 So I go send fire enter Judah,And e go burn the towers of Jerusalem wey get strong protection.’
6 This na wetin Jehovah talk,‘Because of three bad things wey Israel do, yes, because of four, I no go change-am,Because them de sell righteous person to get silver,And them de sell poor person to get two leg of sandal.
7 The people wey no be anything, them de march their head for ground,And them de block the road of people wey de carry body down.
Man and im papa de sleep with the same girl,Them come de spoil my holy name.
8 The cloths wey them seize from people as something to keep for wetin them borrow, them stretch them near every altar;And the wine wey them de drink for the house* of their gods na wetin them collect from people wey them tell to pay fine.’
9 ‘But na me destroy Am′or·ite people and comot them from their front,The people wey tall like cedar trees and strong like oak trees;I destroy their fruits wey dey up and their roots wey dey ground.
10 I bring una come out from the land of Egypt,And I make una waka for wilderness for 40 years,So that una go collect the land of Am′or·ite people as una own.
11 I make some of una sons prophetsAnd make some of una young men Naz′i·rites.
O people of Israel, no be so e be?’ na so Jehovah talk.
