Ingabe umatasa kakhulu? Uma kunjalo, awuwedwa. Umagazini i-The Economist uthi, “Yonke indawo abantu bamatasa kakhulu.”

2 UKUFUNA IZINTO ESINGAZIDINGI

3 UKUFUNA UKUJABULISA ABANYE

Ezinye izisebenzi zisebenza amahora amade ukuze zijabulise abaqashi bazo. Izisebenzi nazo ziyayifaka ingcindezi kwezinye ukuze zizizwe zinecala uma zingasebenzi amahora amaningi. Ukuntengantenga komnotho nakho kungabangela abanye abantu ukuba bavume ukusebenza amahora amade noma ukusebenza noma nini uma befuneka.

Ngokufanayo, abanye abazali bazizwa becindezelwe ukwenza njengeminye imindeni enokuphila okumatasa. Uma bengakwenzi lokho, babona sengathi bancisha izingane zabo okuthile okungcono.

 4 UKUFUNA UKUHLONISHWA NOKWANELISEKA

UTim ohlala eMelika uthi: “ Ngangiwuthanda umsebenzi wami futhi ngizimisela lapho ngiwenza. Ngangizwa sengathi kufanele ngibatshengise ukuthi abalenzanga iphutha lapho bengiqasha.”

NjengoTim, abaningi bathi ukuba matasa kubenza bazizwe bebaluleke kakhudlwana. Umphumela? U-Elizabeth Kolbert, esimcaphune ekuqaleni uthi, “Uma umatasa ubhekwa njengomuntu ophumelele ekuphileni.” Uyanezela: “Uma umatasa kakhulu uhlonishwa kakhulu.”

FUNDA UKULINGANISELA

2 UNGAVUMI UKUTHONYWA ABEZENTENGISELWANO

3 UNGASEBENZI NGOKWEQILE

Khuluma nomqashi ngomsebenzi wakho nangalokho okubalulekile kuwe. Ungazizwa unecala ngokuthi unezinye izinto ezibalulekile ngaphezu komsebenzi. Incwadi ethi Work to Live ithi: “Labo ababeka imingcele phakathi komsebenzi nezinto zasekhaya noma bangcebeleke ngezikhathi ezithile, bathola ukuthi ngesikhathi bengekho  emsebenzini, izinto zisale ziqhubeka njengokuvamile.”

UGary esikhulume ngaye ekuqaleni owayecaphuna kusale wanquma ukunciphisa amahora awasebenza emsebenzini. Wathi: “Ngakhuluma nomndeni wami, sanquma ukushintsha indlela esasiphila ngayo. Sazama ukukwenza lokho, kancane kancane. Ngaya kumqashi wami ngamtshela ukuthi ngifuna ukusebenza izinsuku ezimbalwa ngesonto, wavuma.”

4 UKUBA NDAWONYE NJENGOMNDENI KUBALULEKILE

Abantu abashadile kufanele bachithe isikhathi esiningi bendawonye kanti nezingane ziyasidinga isikhathi sokuba nabazali bazo. Ngakho, kugwemeni ukuzama ukulingisa imindeni ehlale imatasa. UGary usinika leli cebiso, “Yibani nesikhathi sokuphumula, ningenzi izinto ezingabalulekile.”
