Oko Unokukwenza Xa Udinwe Ngokugqithiseleyo

Kulumkele ukujonga izinto ezibalulekileyo kubomi babanye abantu njengezibalulekileyo kobakho. Izinto ezibalulekileyo kumqeshi wakho zisenokungabaluleki kuwe. Abanye basenokukhetha ukubeka umsebenzi kweyona ndawo iphambili ebomini babo, kodwa oko akuthethi ukuba nawe ufanele wenjenjalo.

2. PHILA UBOMI OBULULA.

Ukuze ungabi nestres yaye ube nexesha lokwenza izinto ezibalulekileyo, usenokucinga ngokunciphisa iiyure zempangelo, ucele umqeshi wakho ukuba akucuthele umsebenzi, okanye ugqibe ekubeni ufune omnye umsebenzi. Enoba ugqiba ekwenzeni ntoni na, kusenokufuneka wenze utshintsho kwindlela oyisebenzisa ngayo imali. Kodwa oku kunako ukwenzeka, yaye kusenokungabi nzima njengokuba ucinga.

Kumazwe amaninzi, apho abantu bakuthandayo ukuthenga nokuthengisa, kusenokubonakala ngathi ukonwaba komntu kuxhomekeke kumvuzo wakhe nakwizinto anazo. Kodwa enyanisweni akunjalo.  3. FUNDA UKUTHI HAYI.

Ukuba unomsebenzi omninzi ngokugqithiseleyo okanye ingxaki engapheliyo emsebenzini, thetha nomqeshi wakho ngayo. Ukuba kunokwenzeka, yiza nesicombululo esiza kulungela wena nomqeshi wakho. Mqinisekise ukuba uyawuthanda umsebenzi wakho, uze umchazele oko ukulungeleyo ukukwenza; kodwa menze acacelwe yinto ongenakukwazi ukuyenza.

Lindela nantoni na. Ukuba ufuna ukucuthelwa iiyure zomsebenzi, umqeshi wakho usenokuwucutha nomvuzo wakho. Cinga ngento onokuyithetha xa esithi uza kuphulukana nomsebenzi wakho. Khumbula ukuba kulula ukufumana omnye umsebenzi xa usaphangela.

Kwanokuba umqeshi wakho uyasamkela isicelo sakho, lindela ukuba ekuhambeni kwexesha usenokuphinda akunike umsebenzi ongakumbi. Yintoni enokukunceda ume kwisigqibo sakho? Kukumchazela ukuba awuzukujika. Oko kusenokukuvulela ithuba lokucela umqeshi wakho ukuba naye ahloniphe isigqibo sakho ebenivumelene ngaso.

 4. ZIHLAZIYE.

Kwanokuba akunazingxaki zingako emsebenzini, zisenokubakho ezinye izinto ezikustresayo, abantu ekungelulanga ukusebenza nabo, neemeko ezingathandekiyo. Ngoko zinike ixesha lokuphumla ngokwaneleyo nelokuzihlaziya. Khumbula ukuba akuyomfuneko ukuchitha imali eninzi ukuze uzihlaziye wena nentsapho yakho.

Yiba nobuhlobo nakwabanye abantu ongaphangeli nabo, yaye uphephe ukusoloko uthetha ngomsebenzi wakho. Ngoba? Incwadi ethi Your Money or Your Life ithi: “Uhlobo lomntu onguye lubaluleke ngakumbi lee kunomsebenzi owenzayo.” Ukuba ukubaluleka kwakho kuxhomekeke kumsebenzi owenzayo, kuya kuba nzima ukuwubeka kwindawo yawo umsebenzi ebomini bakho.

Ngaba ungakwazi ngokwenene ukwenza utshintsho olufunekayo ukuze uphephe ukudinwa ngokugqithiseleyo? Ewe, ungakwazi. UAnil okhankanywe ekuqaleni kweli nqaku ukwenzile oko. Uthi: “Ndathetha nomqeshi wam wangaphambili ndicela ukubuyela emsebenzini, ibe wathi mandibuyele. Ndandineentloni zokuphinda ndijongane nabo ndandiphangela nabo, ekubeni ndandibaqhayisele ndathi ‘ndiya kumadlelo aluhlaza.’ Wathiwa gabhu umvuzo wam. Kodwa ndaba noxolo lwengqondo, yaye ndaba nexesha elingakumbi lokuba kunye nentsapho yam nelezinye izinto ezibalulekileyo.”
