“Jehovha ari pedyo nevaya vakaora mwoyo.”—Pisarema 34:18.

PASHURE pokufirwa nemunhu waunoda, ungatambura nekuvhunduka, kusaziva chokuita, kusuruvara, uye zvimwe kutozvipa mhosva kana kugumbuka. Sezvataurwa munyaya yatangira ino, vanhu vanochema zvakasiyana-siyana. Saka, ungasava nemanzwiro ose iwayo, uye ungasachema sezvinoita vamwe. Zvisinei, hapana chakaipa nokuratidza kusuruvara kwako.

“Chema!”

Heloisa, chiremba ambotaurwa nezvake, akaedza kusabudisa manzwiro ake pashure pokunge amai vake vashaya. Kana wakambofunga saizvozvo, edza kuyeuka kuti hapana kuchema kunonzi ndiko chaiko. Vamwe vanokwanisa kurarama vasinganyanyi kunetseka. Vamwe havakwanisi kudaro. Mumamiriro ezvinhu akadaro, hazviiti kuti ubva wangokurumidza kunzwa zviri nani, saka usanzwe sokuti unotofanira “kuzvipa zuva” raunoti rinofanira kusvika wava kunzwa zviri nani. *

Asi zvakadini kana kushungurudzika kwako kuchiita sokusingaperi uye wava kupedzwa simba nokusuruvara? Pamwe zvauri kunzwa zvakafanana nezvainzwiwa nemurume akanga akarurama Jakobho, paakaudzwa kuti mwanakomana wake Josefa akanga afa, “haana kubvuma kunyaradzwa.” (Genesisi 37:35) Kana zviri izvo zvawakaitawo, matanho api anobatsira aungatora kuti usakurirwa nokusuruvara?

Zvitarisire. Cecília anoti, “Dzimwe nguva, ndinonzwa ndarukutika zvisingaiti uye ndinobva  ndaziva kuti ndanetseka zvakapfurikidza.” Mashoko ake anoratidza kuti kushungurudzika kunogona kukuvadza utano hwemuviri nehwepfungwa. Saka, zvakanaka kuti unyatsozvitarisire. Zorora zvakakwana uye idya zvokudya zvine utano.

Ichokwadi kuti unganzwa usingadi kudya, kunotenga kana kuti kubika. Kunyange zvakadaro, kurega kudya kunogona kuita kuti ubatwe neutachiona uye zvirwere, uye izvozvo zvingawedzera kushungurudzika kwako. Zviri nani kuti udye zvinhu zvishoma kuti urambe uine utano hwakanaka. *

Somuenzaniso, kana wawakaroorana naye aitarisira mashandisirwo emari kana kuti mabasa epamba, pakutanga ungaomerwa nekuita mabasa aya. Pakadaro, mazano eshamwari dzakangwara anogona kukubatsira zvikuru.—Zvirevo 25:11.

Bhaibheri rinorondedzera shamwari yechokwadi se“hama inoberekerwa kubatsira  pakunenge kuine kutambudzika.” (Zvirevo 17:17) Saka usazviparadzanise nevamwe, uchifunga kuti uri kuvaremedza. Pane kudaro, kushamwaridzana nevamwe kwakafanana nebhiriji rinokuyambutsa kubva pakushungurudzika kusvika pakubvuma kuti wakafirwa. Pashure pokufirwa naamai vake, mumwe mukadzi wechiduku anonzi Sally akabatsirwa zvikuru nokushamwaridzana nevamwe. Anoti, “Shamwari dzangu dzakawanda dzaindikoka kuti tizotandara. Zvipe nguva yokuyeuka. Edza kuyeuka zvakanaka zvamaiita nemunhu wawaida, zvimwe uchingotarisa mapikicha. Ichokwadi kuti, pakutanga, kuyeuka izvi kungarwadza. Zvisinei, nokufamba kwenguva kufunga nezvazvo kungakubatsira kuti upore pane kuti unetseke.

Ungatoedza kuchengeta kabhuku kaunonyorera zvakanaka zvauchiri kuyeuka kunyange zvinhu zvaunofunga kuti ungadai wakaudza munhu wawaida paakanga achiri mupenyu. Paunoverenga zvawakanyora unogona kunzwisisa zviri nani manzwiro ako. Kunyora pasi kuchaita kuti urerukirwe nekushungurudzika kwaunenge uchiita.

Zvakadini nekuchengeta zvinhu zvemufi zvinoita kuti uyeuke nezvake? Maonero evanhu panyaya iyi anosiyana, uye izvi hazvishamisi, sezvo vanhu vachichema zvakasiyana. Vamwe vanoona sokuti kuchengeta zvinhu zvomufi kunoita kuti urambe uchirwadziwa. Vamwewo vanozviona zvichibatsira. Sally ambotaurwa anoti, “Ndakachengeta zvinhu zvakawanda zvaiva zvaamai vangu. Iyi inzira yakanaka inobatsira kuti utsungirire!” *

Vimba na“Mwari wokunyaradza kwose.” Bhaibheri rinoti: “Kanda mutoro wako pana Jehovha, Iye achakutsigira.” (Pisarema 55:22) Kunyengetera kuna Mwari haisingori nzira yokuti ungonzwawo zviri nani. Kutaura chaiko uye kunokosha na“Mwari wokunyaradza kwose, anotinyaradza pakutambudzika kwedu kwose.”—2 VaKorinde 1:3, 4.

Shoko raMwari Bhaibheri rinonyaradza kupfuura zvimwe zvinhu zvose. Muapostora wechiKristu Pauro akati: “Ndine tariro kuna Mwari . . . kuti kuchava nokumuka kwevakarurama nevasina kururama.” (Mabasa 24:15) Kufunga nezvetariro inobva muBhaibheri yorumuko kunogona kukunyaradza zvikuru paunenge warasikirwa nomunhu waunoda. * Izvi ndizvo zvakaonekwa naLauren, mudzimai ane hanzvadzi yakanga ichiri kuyaruka yakafira mutsaona. Anoti, “Pasinei nokuti ndairwadziwa zvakadini,  ndaingotora Bhaibheri ndoverenga, kunyange ndima imwe chete zvayo. Ndaiverenga ndima dzinokurudzira, uye ndaidziverenga ndadziverengazve. Somuenzaniso, ndainyaradzwa nemashoko akataurwa naJesu kuna Marita pashure pokunge Razaro afa. Akati kwaari: ‘Hanzvadzi yako ichamuka.’”—Johani 11:23.

“Hamufaniri Kurega Zvichikushayisai Mufaro”

Kutsungirira kushungurudzika kungaita sekwakaoma, asi kuchakubatsira kuenderera mberi noupenyu hwako. Usazvipa mhosva uchifunga kuti kana ukaenderera mberi noupenyu hwako unenge wakanganwa mumwe wako wawaida. Chokwadi ndechokuti haufi wakakanganwa munhu wawaida. Pane dzimwe nguva unogona kutangazve kupishana nepfungwa asi zvishoma nezvishoma kushungurudzika kwacho kunoita kuchipera.

Unogonawo kuyeuka uchifara nguva dzainakidza uye dzaisuwisa. Somuenzaniso, Ashley ambotaurwa munyaya yatangira ino anoti: “Ndichiri kuyeuka zuva rakatangira rakashaya amai vangu. Ungakwanisawo kufungisisa zvinhu zvinokosha zvawakadzidza pawaiva nemunhu wawaida. Somuenzaniso, Sally anoti: “Amai vaiva shasha yokudzidzisa. Vaipa mazano nenzira yokuti waisambozviona kuti unenge watopiwa zano, uye vaindidzidzisa kuita zvisarudzo zvakanaka zvangu pachangu kwete kungotevedzera zvavainge vataura kana kuti zvainge zvataurwa nababa.”

Kufunga nezvemunhu wawaida kunogona kukubatsira kutsungirira. Jaya rinonzi Alex rakaona zvichibatsira. Rinoti, “Baba vangu pavakafa ndakatsunga kuramba ndichirarama sezvavakanga vandidzidzisa—kuti ndisambotadza kuenderera mberi noupenyu. Kune vaya vakarasikirwa nemubereki, ndinoti: hamuzombofi makakanganwa nezvekufa kwakaita mubereki wenyu, asi hamufaniri kurega izvi zvichikushayisai mufaro. Chemai uye shungurudzikai sezvamunofanira kuita, asi musakanganwa kuti munofanira kuenderera mberi noupenyu hwenyu.”

KUKURIRA KUZVIPA MHOSVA

Zvichida unonzwa sokuti pane zvausina kuita zvakaparira kufa kwomunhu wawaida. Kuziva kuti kuzvipa mhosva—ingava yechokwadi kana kuti yokufungidzira—kunoitika kana munhu achishungurudzika kunogona kubatsira. Zvakare, haufaniri kuvanza manzwiro ako. Kutaura nezvekuzvipa mhosva kwaunoita kunogona kuita kuti unzwe wasununguka.

Kunyange zvakadaro, ziva kuti pasinei nokuti tinoda mumwe munhu zvakadini hatigoni kudzora upenyu hwake, kana kuti kudzivirira vaya vatinoda kuti vasawirwa ne“nguva nezviitiko zvisingafanoonekwi.” (Muparidzi 9:11) Uyewo hapana mubvunzo kuti vavariro dzako dzakanga dzisina kuipa. Somuenzaniso, kana usina kukurumidza kutsvaka chiremba, waida kuti munhu waunoda arware uye afe here? Kwete! Saka une mhosva here yokukonzera kufa kwake? Aiwa.

Vamwe amai vakadzidza kukurira kuzvipa mhosva mwanasikana wavo paakafira mutsaona yemotokari. Vanotsanangura vachiti: “Ndakazvipa mhosva kuti ndakanga ndamubvumira kuti aende. Asi ndakazoona kuti zvaisava nemusoro kunzwa saizvozvo. Pakanga pasina chakaipa kuti aende nababa vake kwandakanga ndavatuma. Kungoti yaiva tsaona yakaipisisa.”

Ungati, ‘asi paiva nezvinhu zvakawanda zvandaishuva kutaura kana kuita.’ Kutaura chokwadi, ndiani wedu angati ndave ndiri baba, amai, kana kuti mwana asingakanganisi? Bhaibheri rinotiyeuchidza kuti: “Tose tinokanganisa kazhinji. Kana munhu asingakanganisi pakutaura, iyeyu munhu akakwana.” (Jakobho 3:2; VaRoma. 5:12) Saka bvuma kuti uri munhu anokanganisa. Kuramba uchingofunga kuti “dai” hakuna zvakunochinja, asi kunotoita kuti urambe uchishungurudzika. *
