1. Yaritwararika cane abantu. Paulo yabwiye abavukanyi b’i Filipi ko Timoteyo ‘yitaho ivyabo koko.’ (Flp. 2:20) Vy’ukuri, Timoteyo yaritwararika abantu. Yaritaho cane ineza yabo yo mu vy’impwemu kandi yarabitangira n’umutima ukunze.

Niwirinde kuba nk’umushoferi wa bisi arazwa ishinga cane no gushika kw’isaha, aho kwitwararika gupakira abantu. William ni umukurambere yubahwa abumazemwo imyaka irenga 20. Ahanura abaherutse kugenwa ati: “Nimukunde abavukanyi. Nimushire umutima ku vyo bakeneye aho kuwushira cane ku bijanye no gutunganya ibintu.”

2. Yashira imbere ivy’impwemu. Mu kwerekana ukuntu Timoteyo yari atandukanye n’abandi, Paulo yavuze ati: “Abandi bose bironderera inyungu zabo bwite, atari iza Kristu Yezu.” (Flp. 2:21) Ivyo yavyanditse ari i Roma, akaba yarabona ko abavukanyi baho barazwa ishinga cane n’ivyabo. Hari ukuntu bari abanebwe mu vy’impwemu. Timoteyo we si ko yari ameze. Igihe haba habonetse uturyo two guteza imbere inkuru nziza, yaca agaragaza agatima nk’aka Yesaya, uwavuze ati: “Ndi hano! Ntuma.”​—Yes. 6:8.

Ushobora gute kugira uburimbane hagati y’ibikorwa vy’umubiri n’ivy’impwemu? Ubwa mbere, nushinge ibiza imbere y’ibindi. Paulo yahimirije ati: “Mwiyemeze neza ibihambaye kuruta ibindi ivyo ari vyo.” (Flp. 1:10) Nushire imbere ivyo Imana ishira imbere. Ubwa kabiri, niworoshe ubuzima. Niwirinde ibintu bituma utakaza umwanya n’inguvu. Paulo yahanuye Timoteyo ati: “Hunga . . . ivyipfuzo bijana n’ubuto, mugabo ukurikirane ubugororotsi, ukwizera, urukundo, amahoro.”​—2 Tim. 2:22.

3. Yarakora cane mu murimo mweranda. Paulo yibukije Abafilipi ati: “Murazi  ikimenyamenya [Timoteyo] yatanze ku bimwerekeye, yuko nka kurya kw’umwana ari kumwe na se, ari ko yakoranye nanje nk’umushumba mu guteza imbere inkuru nziza.” (Flp. 2:22) Timoteyo ntiyari umunebwe. Yarakoze cane ari kumwe na Paulo, bikaba vyatumye bagirana ubucuti bukomeye.

Muri iki gihe, ibikorwa biruzuye mw’ishirahamwe ry’Imana. Ivyo bikorwa biratuma uhimbarwa vy’ukuri kandi ukarushiriza kwiyegereza abavukanyi na bashiki bacu. Niwiyemeze rero kwama ‘ufise vyinshi ukora mu gikorwa c’Umukama.’​—1 Kor. 15:58.

4. Yarashira mu ngiro ivyo yiga. Paulo yandikiye Timoteyo ati: “Wewe warakurikiraniye hafi inyigisho yanje, ingendo yanje y’ubuzima, intumbero yanje, ukwizera kwanje, ukwiyumanganya kwanje, urukundo rwanje, ukwihangana kwanje.” (2 Tim. 3:10) Kubera ko Timoteyo yashira mu ngiro ivyo yiga, yarakwije ibisabwa kugira aronke amabanga yiyongereye.​—1 Kor. 4:17.

Woba ufise uwugufasha mu vy’impwemu? Nimba ata we ufise, ubona gute umurondeye? Uwitwa Tom aramaze imyaka myinshi ari umukurambere. Yigana ati: “Hari umukurambere azi utuntu n’utundi yanyitwararitse, aramenyereza neza. Naguma ndamusaba impanuro kandi nkazishira mu ngiro. Ivyo vyatumye ntateba kubona ko ndabishoboye.”

5. Yagumye yimenyereza. Paulo yahanuye Timoteyo ati: “Wimenyereze, ukwihebera Imana kube yo ntumbero yawe.” (1 Tim. 4:7) Naho umunonotsi yoshobora kuba afise umumenyereza, na we nyene arakenera kwimenyereza. Paulo yahimirije Timoteyo ati: “Ubandanye kwijukira ugusomera imbere y’abantu, uguhimiriza, ukwigisha. . . . Uzirikane ivyo bintu; nubicokeremwo, kugira ngo iterambere ryawe ryibonekeze ku bantu bose.”​—1 Tim. 4:13-15.

Na wewe urakeneye kuguma ukarisha ubwenge. Niwiyigishe cane kandi ugume uri ku gihe mu bijanye n’ubuyobozi ishirahamwe ritanga. 6. Yariheka ku mpwemu ya Yehova. Paulo azirikanye ku busuku Timoteyo yarangura, yamwibukije ati: “Iyo mbitso nziza uyirinde biciye ku mpwemu nyeranda iba muri twebwe.” (2 Tim. 1:14) Kugira Timoteyo agume akunda ubusuku yarangura, yategerezwa kwiheka ku mpwemu y’Imana.

Uwitwa Donald amaze imyaka itari mike ari umukurambere. Avuga ati: “Abagabo bagenywe bategerezwa guha agaciro ubucuti bafitaniye n’Imana. Ababigira bazoguma ‘biyubura mu nkomezi.’ Nibasenga basaba impwemu ya Yehova kandi bagatsimbataza icamwa cayo, bazobera koko abavukanyi babo umuhezagiro.”​—Zab. 84:7; 1 Pet. 4:11.
