Icobafasha gutorera umuti amatati

WOKORA iki nimba mu muryango wanyu hama amatati? Kumbure musigaye mushwana kenshi kandi bimwe bikomeye. Ushobora mbere kuba utazi neza igihora candurutsa ayo matati. Naho ari ukwo, mwe n’uwo mwubakanye murakundana kandi ntimwipfuza kubabazanya.

Murakwiye kwibuka ko kutabona ibintu kumwe bidasobanura ko umubano wanyu ugira usambuke. Mwoshobora kuba mutabona ibintu kumwe ariko ingene muvyifatamwo ni vyo bizotuma urugo rwanyu rutekana canke rurangwamwo amatati. Raba ibintu bimwebimwe vyobafasha gutorera umuti ingorane.

1. NTIWIHORE.

Ngo iyibize nabi uyima ifu. Igihe abantu babiri bagire bashwane, umwe agaca anuma agatangura kwumviriza birashobora guhwamika ishavu. Ku bw’ivyo rero niwirinde kwihora igihe usomborokejwe. Ntiwiteshe icubahiro mu gutwarwa n’ishavu. Uribuka ko kuronka amahoro mu muryango bisumba gutsinda mu matati.

“Ahatagira inkwi umuriro urazima, kandi ahatagira umubesheranyi, amahane arahwama.”Imigani 26:20.

2. NUGERAGEZE GUTAHURA ABAGIZE UMURYANGO WAWE.

Kwumviriza abandi ubigiranye ikibabarwe kandi utabaciramwo canke ngo ubishiremwo nabi birashobora gufasha gutsinda ishavu no kugarukana amahoro. Aho kwishiramwo nabi umuntu, nugerageze kumutahura. Igihe umuntu akoze ikintu kubera ukudatungana ntuce ubona ko yabitumwe n’umutima mubi. Umuntu arashobora kuvuga amajambo ababaza kubera gusa atabanje kwiyumvira canke kubera yibabariye atari uko afise inzigo.

“Nimwambare ikibabarwe cuzuye impuhwe, ubuntu, ukwiyorosha kwo mu muzirikanyi, ubwitonzi, n’ukwiyumanganya.”Abakolosayi 3:12.

3. FATA UMWANYA UTURURE.

Igihe utwawe n’ishavu vyoshobora kuba vyiza ukinjuye gato ubigiranye urupfasoni kugira ishavu rigabanuke. Woshobora kuja mu kindi kibanza canke ukaba uratembera gatoya kugira usubire gutekana. 4. NUHITEMWO NEZA IVYO UVUGA N’INGENE WOBIVUGA.

Gufata umwanya urondera ingene wosubiriza umuntu mu nkoko mu buryo bubabaje nta co bifasha. Ahubwo nugerageze kuvuga ikintu cotuma uwo mwubakanye aturura. “Hari uwuvuga atiyumviriye nk’aho avuganye ugusogota kw’inkota, mugabo ururimi rw’abantu b’inkerebutsi ruravūra.”Imigani 12:18.

5. NTUKANKAME.

Mu gihe umwe mu bagize umuryango atigumije birashobora gutuma abandi batwarwa n’ishavu. Naho bogushavuza gute niwirinde guhemana, gutukana canke gukankama. Niwirinde amajambo ababaza nk’aya ngo “Ntunkunda,” canke ngo “Ntiwigera unyumviriza.” Ahubwo, nubwire utekanye uwo mwubakanye ingene ico yakoze cakubabaje (“Birambabaza iyo . . . ”). Ntureke ishavu ngo rikubuze kubona intumbero nyamukuru ufise, na yo ikaba ari kugarukana amahoro. Uribuka ko mushwanye n’umuntu biba vyabagoye mwese. Ariko mwumvikanye, mwese muba mubaye abagabo. Ntiwiyumvire rero ko ata ruhara wagize mu matati. Naho woba ubona ko ataco wiyagiriza, woshobora gusaba imbabazi kubera washavuye, wavyifashemwo ukunaka canke wateje ingorane atavyo uzi. Ubucuti bwiza burahambaye kuruta ubwibone canke gutahukana intsinzi. Bishitse na ho umuntu akagusaba imbabazi niwihutire kumubabarira.

“Genda wicishe bugufi, uzigitīre mugenzawe.”Imigani 6:3.
