▪ Munthu angafunse funso limeneli poona kuti m’Baibulo mulibe lamulo lonena za fodya. Koma kodi zimenezi zikutanthauza kuti sitingathe kudziwa mmene Mulungu amaionera nkhaniyi? Ayi.

Baibulo limanena kuti, “Malemba onse anauziridwa ndi Mulungu.” (2 Timoteyo 3:16) M’Malemba muli mfundo zimene zimafotokoza momveka bwino mmene Mulungu amafunira kuti tizisamalira thanzi lathu. Kodi zimene ofufuza apezazi zikugwirizana bwanji ndi mfundo za m’Baibulo pa nkhaniyi? Taonani mfundo zotsatirazi:

Mulungu amafuna tiziona kuti moyo ndi wamtengo wapatali. M’Chilamulo chimene Mulungu anapatsa Aisiraeli, munali lamulo losonyeza kuti anthu amene amafuna kumusangalatsa ayenera kuona kuti moyo ndi wamtengo wapatali. (Deuteronomo 5:17) Aisiraeli ankafunika kumanga kampanda padenga la nyumba yawo. Iwo ankachita zimenezi chifukwa madenga a nyumba zawo ankakhala afulati ndipo ankatha kukhalapo n’kumacheza. Mulungu amafuna kuti tizimukonda komanso tizikonda anthu ena. Yesu Khristu ananena kuti otsatira ake ayenera kutsatira malamulo awiri akuluakulu. Iwo ayenera kukonda Mulungu ndi mtima wawo wonse, moyo wawo wonse, maganizo awo onse, ndi mphamvu zawo zonse komanso ayenera kukonda anzawo ngati mmene amadzikondera okha. (Maliko 12:28-31) Popeza moyo ndi mphatso yochokera kwa Mulungu, munthu amene amasuta fodya amasonyeza kuti saona kuti mphatso imeneyi ndi yamtengo wapatali ndipo sakonda Mulungu. (Machitidwe 17:26-28) Kusuta fodya kumawononga thanzi la ena, choncho munthu wosuta fodya sanganene kuti amakonda anthu ena.

Mulungu amafuna kuti tizipewa makhalidwe amene angawononge thanzi lathu. Baibulo limalangiza Akhristu kuti azidziyeretsa kuti achotse “chinthu chilichonse choipitsa thupi kapena mzimu.” (2 Akorinto 7:1) Munthu wosuta fodya amaipitsa thupi lake. Munthu amene akufuna kusangalatsa Mulungu amaona kuti ayenera kusiya kusuta fodya ngakhale kuti kuchita zimenezi kumakhala kovuta kwambiri. Koma Mulungu angamuthandize kuti asiye chizolowezi choipachi.
