Kodi Maseŵero a Yoga Angakutsogolereni Kuti?

Akristu Sangasankhe Kuchita Zimenezi

Ngakhale mlangizi wa zaumoyo atanena zosiyana ndi zimene zili pamwambazi, maseŵero a yoga si ongolimbitsa thupi chabe. Buku lakuti Hindu Manners, Customs and Ceremonies linasimba zimene anaona ophunzira yoga aŵiri amene aphunzitsi awo anali kuwatsogolera. Bukuli linanena kuti wophunzira wina anati: “Ndinayesetsa mwapadera kubanika kwanthaŵi yaitali, ndipo ndinapuma nditangotsala pang’ono kukomoka. . . . Tsiku lina dzuŵa lili paliwombo, ndinaganiza kuti ndinaona mwezi wowala kwambiri, umene unaoneka ngati umayenda uku ndi uku. Nthaŵi ina ndinaona ngati ndinali m’kati mwa mtambo wakuda bii masana dzuŵa likuswa mtengo. Mphunzitsi wangayo. . . anasangalala kwambiri nditamuuza masomphenya ameneŵa. . . . Iye ananditsimikizira kuti sipapita nthaŵi yaitali kuti ndione zodabwitsa zina zambiri chifukwa cha kudzilanga kwanga.” Mwamuna winayo anati: “Iye anandiuza kuti ndiziyang’ana kuthambo tsiku ndi tsiku popanda kuphethira kapena kusintha malo amene ndaima. . . . Nthaŵi zina ndinaganiza kuti ndinaona malaŵi a moto mumlengalenga: nthaŵi zina ndinkakhala ngati ndikuona zinthu zikuluzikulu zozungulira za moto ndi miyala ina ikuluikulu yowala. Mphunzitsi wanga anali kusangalala ndi kupambana kwa khama langa.”

Mwachionekere, kuona zinthu zachilendozo n’kumene aphunzitsiwo anaganiza kuti ndizo zinali zotsatira zabwino zimene zidzawathandiza kupeza cholinga chenicheni cha maseŵero a yoga. Inde, cholinga chachikulu cha yoga ndicho moksha, imene imatanthauza kugwirizana ndi mzimu winawake waukulu. Amati maseŵero a yoga ndiwo “kuimitsa (dala) luso lachibadwa la kuganiza.” Zimenezi n’zosemphana ndi cholinga cha Akristu, amene alamulidwa kuti: “Mupereke matupi anu nsembe yamoyo, yopatulika, yokondweretsa Mulungu, ndiko kupembedza kwanu koyenera. Ndipo musafanizidwe ndi makhalidwe a pansi pano: koma mukhale osandulika, mwa kukonzanso kwa mtima wanu, kuti mukazindikire chimene chili chifuno cha Mulungu, chabwino, ndi chokondweretsa, ndi changwiro.”​—Aroma 12:1, 2.

Kusankha maseŵero olimbitsa thupi amene munthu angachite ndi nkhani ya aliyense payekha. Komabe, Akristu sangalole kuwononga ubwenzi wawo ndi Yehova Mulungu chifukwa cha maseŵero olimbitsa thupi, kudya, kumwa, kuvala, zosangalatsa, kapena china chilichonse. (1 Akorinto 10:31) Kwa amene amachita maseŵero olimbitsa thupi n’cholinga choti angokhala ndi thanzi labwino, pali maseŵero ambiri amene sangawaike pangozi yokhulupirira mizimu ndi matsenga. Mwa kupeŵa zochitika ndi zikhulupiriro zomwe n’zachipembedzo chonyenga, tingayembekezere madalitso a Mulungu a dongosolo la zinthu latsopano mmene tidzakhala ndi thanzi langwiro m’thupi ndiponso m’maganizo kwamuyaya.​—2 Petro 3:13; Chivumbulutso 21:3, 4.
