1. When we dey handle personal information, we go handle-am for correct way and follow wetin law talk.

2. We go collect personal information, handle-am, and use-am as we suppose use-am for our religion and other work wey we de do to help people.

3. We no go change any information wey people give us, and we go always update-am. If we see any mistake for the information, we no go waste time to correct-am.

4. We go only keep personal information as long as we need-am for the correct work wey the organization de do.

5. We go show say we de respect the right of the people wey the information concern.

6. We go use everything wey we get to protect personal information make e no reach people wey no suppose see am. Any personal information wey we go put for computer must dey for computer wey get password, so that only person wey get right fit see am. Dem de lock our offices when work close, and na only people wey get right fit enter.

7. We no go carry personal information from one branch office go another branch office unless we need-am for the work of the organization. All Jehovah Witness don agree for wetin we talk as long as them don already become Jehovah Witness or de support the organization.
