  • Previous versions of JW Language mute the audio if the device’s ringer is turned off. Please update JW Language on your device to ensure that you have the latest version.

  • Check if you have turned off audio using the mute button within the app. If this is the case, turn it on.

  • Ensure that your device volume is turned up.
